This promo was created for a smorgasborg of celebrity-oggling magazine shows on VH1. Writer-producer Adam Wilson and I indulged in a mocking tone to pitch these fluff shows. (What other tone could you use?)
The cast is mostly from improv comedy group Possible Side Effects.
We used the DVX100 to shoot green screen and I composited the whole thing in After Effects. Eoin Russell created the rock and roll underscore, writing to the location sound. We hurled this thing together in less than a week.
